You need to block the IP:IP: 77.66.30.215 in the firewall or turn off the internet.

tested w8 64 bit / only block IP

 

i am 100% sure...

 

i tried to install 64bit OS on VM (disable network connections)

i tried to unplugh internet cable

i tried to block it in etc hosts

i tried it on serveral PCs and its NOT WORKING :) any further ideas?
