WHAT IS THIS?

With this API you can easily and fastly check if a proxy is up and running, by viewing the response time you will get, plus some extra informations, such as country and hiding level.

Reponse time(in millisecond) | Country | Hiding level(1 = transparent proxy, 2 = anonymous proxy, 3 = high quality proxy)
