Locked Remote shell and UAC problem: how can bypass the problem?

Hi,

I want run file.exe in remote pc but my server haven't privilegy of Administrator. I know a password of Administrator user or Power user.

I think use the shell but I don't found a command.

What's you use?

"net user" command ? Or psexec ? CPAU (
