I setup de admin panel correctly, but how the .exe works?

 

1 - I used the "BuilderDJ3.exe" then i set my admin url host... then it created the "djv3.exe.exe" now what i have to do with the "djv3.exe.exe" is spread it on internet?

 

I run the "djv3.exe.exe" on my virtual machine, but how i can know if its working?

 

urls = target? or urls is where i host the "djv3.exe.exe" ?
