Have you tryed with hexadecimal? At least for changing window name works so...

yes, with hex editor in notepad++ not work from me

 

I noticed that in the file "libhttp_plugin.dll" in "C: \ Program Files \ VideoLAN \ VLC \ plugins \ access" line 207 is the User-Agent:% s when I want to change the dll file is wrong/dead/die

 

please change this string in program olybg(?) in "libhttp_plugin.dll" if you change this works, i dont know how use this
