xUnpack is a .NET tool capable of unpacking connection settings from xRAT server binaries. It also supports command-line usage and can dump settings in JSON/XML or plain text, meaning you can create a cloud based service if you would want to (or include it in some sort of multi-unpacker tool/script).

 

I haven't tested all versions of xRAT, only 2.0 so far.
