Locked InStrRev for VB5

[HIDE-THANKS]In VB6 and up, the InstrRev function returns the position of an occurrence of one string within another, with the search starting from the end of string. This function does the same thing for VB5. It includes the same optional parameters as the VB6 version; see code's comments for details.
