Locked Please help me to open the port

Dear All,

 

I have speedtouch 546 v6 router and I opened port 81 and I tested bt telnet xxx.xxx.x.xxx 81 it's show closed and tested by some websites also same results.

I buy another router TP-Link TD-W8970 and open the port and tested it's same port closed.

 

I format my laptop and installed windows 7 pro without antivirus also disabled firewall and tested same problem. than I format the laptop and installed windows xp pro same problem.

 

Please need your help.

It could also be that your ISP is blocking service ports. Try a higher port number if you can (above 1024) and see if that resolves it.

I opened the port in firewall also same problem..

If Iopen the port above 1024 the bifrost or spy-net ,njRAT will work?

I upgrade the frameware and open the port again and try to open another port but still show closed
