7. Now that you are done with the hard part, press Save as and save the file as either docx (Works with only with 2013) or save it as 2003-2007 document (.doc) and this will work for all versions expect the newest.

 

Note: You can also edit what ever you want in the document file such as adding pictures or text.

i use office 2010 i click on the Developer but after that ,in my office i no have visual basic what i gotta do ?
