I've come across several of these services, and they are clearly all scams in one form or another.

The whole you send $500 cashapp, and receive back $3,000 paypal type services.

 

Do any of these actually exist that are legit, and on that note, how about anyone that knows of any proper legit counterfeit currency suppliers?
