I'll try to explain you all, asking the same thing here, what's the trick... So, as far I understand, the password is available and clearly visible! Actually, the topic starter published the password in his first post, in a bottom of it! But he, maybe willin' to kick off newbies or... for some another reason encrypted it. He also posted the encryption algorithm, just right above the password hash... So, to obtain a clean password you must perform reverse decryption of this hash, using corresponding tools , stated in the algorithm.
