But i think he will rip off me,

he asked me about him was sending money to Pakistan then he asks me to sent him to india because he can not withdraw the money today in Pakistan.

Have you test this exchanger ? Or have you trusted exchanger please ?

I have search in google i have try more 20 exchanger, the exchanger request anytime identity card with domicilian justification
